We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team at Cloud Odyssey. The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing strategy for a Salesforce consulting and implementation company focused on driving digital transformation for enterprise clients. This role demands a strategic thinker who combines deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem with modern B2B marketing, demand generation, and thought leadership tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Salesforce-aligned marketing strategy focused on Salesforce Products.
- Position the company as a thought leader through strategic content, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Drive digital presence through SEO, SEM, social media, website optimization, and content marketing.
- Lead the creation of high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
- Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies across key industries.
- Build and enhance the company’s brand identity.
- Oversee storytelling, brand messaging, and visual identity across digital, event, and partner channels.
- Execution of integrated demand generation and ABM to engage enterprise decision-makers.
- Utilize Salesforce tools (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot) for campaign automation and lead scoring.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team focused on pipeline growth and measurable ROI.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in IT service Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce Products.
- Proven success in scaling brands and driving measurable growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align marketing with sales and business goals.
- Track record of building strategic alliances within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
