To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Vice President/Assistant Vice President to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers transform how they work and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Own and manage the region’s Profit & Loss, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimisation, and overall financial performance in line with business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term value creation and customer success.
- Salesforce Partnership Management: Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with Salesforce leadership and account teams, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and partner-led growth.
- Consulting Mindset: Apply a consultative approach to understand complex business challenges, shape solution strategies, and deliver outcome-driven engagements aligned to client objectives.
- Deal Ownership & Closures: Independently drive end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to negotiation and closure, demonstrating the ability to close deals without senior-level intervention.
- Technology Landscape Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of the broader technology ecosystem, including digital transformation trends, enterprise architecture, and integration landscapes.
- Regional Leadership: Lead and scale business operations within the assigned region, ensuring market expansion, revenue targets, and team performance are consistently achieved.
- SaaS Landscape Understanding: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem, subscription models, competitive positioning, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Bring strong domain understanding in Manufacturing and Retailing Consumer Goods as primary focus industries, with additional exposure to Education and Automotive sectors preferred.
- Salesforce Solution Selling: Drive solution-based selling across the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning platform capabilities to business needs and positioning transformative, value-led Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any BA’s/Management or any other related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem roles, with a strong track record in leadership positions.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
- Engagement / emerging with ‘C’ level customers / organizations.
- Mentorship to senor sales management and to strategize.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list
- Development of Go-to-Market (GTM) with the team to increase the relevance and expansion of sales cloud business across the segments.
