About Azim Premji Foundation

The Azim Premji Foundation launched the Azim Premji Scholarship Program to provide annual financial assistance to eligible girl students entering undergraduate or diploma programs after Class 12. With application windows opening twice a year to align with state-specific academic calendars, the program supports academic fees and essential living expenses, enabling young women across India to continue their education with confidence.

As the program scaled nationally, the Foundation required a modern, transparent, and accessible platform to manage the complete scholarship lifecycle, from application and verification to approval, disbursement, and renewals. Cloud Odyssey partnered with the Foundation to design and implement a unified digital ecosystem powered by Salesforce.

  • Structured Review Workflow: Applications progress through clearly defined stages, Initial Review, Academic Review, Institutional Review, Final Approval, Program Oversight, and Fund Management, ensuring fairness, accountability, and faster processing.
  • Intelligent Allocation: Applications are distributed based on region and workload, with flexibility to reassign urgent cases as needed.
  • End-to-End Disbursement: The system automatically generates offer letters and structured disbursement exports, ensuring full traceability and compliance. Renewal management is seamlessly integrated for continuing students.
  • Real-Time Insights: Dashboards and reports provide visibility into application volumes, processing timelines, geographic distribution, and fund utilization, enabling informed decision-making and effective program governance.

Since launching at scale in 2024, the platform has supported over 10,00,000 applications, enabling efficient national operations. The program expanded seamlessly from 4 states to 19 regions across India.
