To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Pre-Sales Specialist to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.
Years of Experience: 8+ years relevant experience (50% Development + 50% Pre-Sales)
Experience:
Developer experience:
- At least 5 or more SF Marketing Engagement project implementation is a MUST.
- 3–6 years in Marketing Automation / SFMC (all 3 channels)
- Nice to have MCP (Personalization) experience
Pre-Sales:
- Must have addressed business challenges with a proven solution
- Clearly understand the client requirement and convert it to PoC
- Must conduct PoC demo to the client
- Proven estimation experience
- Proven experience in creating contracts (SoW/RFP)
- Must have multi-cloud (Sales, Service, Data Cloud) integration with MC experience (both hands-on and proposal)
- Nice-to-have knowledge in latest and greatest in MC that can be proposed to client
- Design SFMC solution architectures aligned to client use cases
- Create high-level solution diagrams, data flows, and campaign workflows
- Must have created BRD and user stories
Soft skills:
- Experience in a LEAD role is a MUST
- Must-have very good communication skill
