We’re seeking a passionate SFMC Lead to join our Salesforce team and elevate our customer engagement strategies. You’ll be instrumental in designing personalized journeys, dynamic content, and scalable automations that drive meaningful interactions across channels.
Total Years of Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Must Have: handled as module leader with team under him/her and client management).
- 4+ years relevant exp in SFMC
- Develop and maintain personalized campaigns using Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
- Implement dynamic content using AMPscript/SSJS and data extensions
- Build and optimize customer journeys with real-time triggers and segmentation logic
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Integrate SFMC with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create custom reports and dashboards to track campaign performance
- Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and best practices in audience targeting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS
- Strong understanding of personalization strategies and customer segmentation
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
- Familiarity with API integrations and data modelling
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certification (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, or Interaction Studio
- Knowledge of Jira, Workfront, or other workflow tools
- Exposure to A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and campaign optimization
