To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Lead- Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.

Role Summary: Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for scalable CRM processes, automation, and analytics.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct solution design workshops for Sales & Service transformation
  • Design scalable Salesforce implementations
  • Configure and optimize CRM functions: lead, opportunity, case, knowledge base
  • Design Omni-Channel routing, Service Console, Experience Cloud portals
  • Deploy Einstein AI capabilities for predictive sales and case routing
  • Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
  • Manage change management, data migration, and adoption initiatives
  • Mentor consultants and developers on process automation and CRM governance
