Role Summary: Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for scalable CRM processes, automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct solution design workshops for Sales & Service transformation
- Design scalable Salesforce implementations
- Configure and optimize CRM functions: lead, opportunity, case, knowledge base
- Design Omni-Channel routing, Service Console, Experience Cloud portals
- Deploy Einstein AI capabilities for predictive sales and case routing
- Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
- Manage change management, data migration, and adoption initiatives
- Mentor consultants and developers on process automation and CRM governance
