About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with strong exposure to the USA market and IT staffing/US staffing sales. The ideal candidate should be proficient in cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and driving conversations with prospective clients for staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calls to generate leads and connect with potential clients in the US region for staffing services.

Perform LinkedIn outreach, email campaigning, and follow-up communication to engage prospects.

Identify staffing needs, understand client requirements, and position our services accordingly.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the US staffing domain.

Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM tools.

Research accounts, identify key decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Procurement), and create targeted prospect lists.

Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs related to calling, outreach, and lead qualification.

Work exclusively in US business hours for real-time client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation for the US market (mandatory).

Strong exposure to US Staffing / IT Staffing sales (mandatory).

Proven expertise in cold calling and high-volume outreach.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Result-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently during US shifts.

Experience in IT/SaaS/Cloud/Salesforce ecosystem business development.
