Role Summary
Design and implement Salesforce Education Cloud to manage student lifecycle, create integrated student experiences, consolidate campus systems, and apply Education Data Architecture (EDA).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Education Cloud projects from requirements to go-live
* Develop Student 360 data model integrating SIS, LMS, and communication systems
* Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders
* Set up and customize Education Cloud features (Recruitment & Admissions, Student Success Hub)
* Ensure alignment with EDA and Salesforce best practices
* Design automation and engagement workflows using Flows, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud
* Oversee integrations with external systems and APIs
* Recommend reporting, analytics, and dashboards
Technical Skills
* Salesforce Education Cloud, EDA, Experience Cloud
