* Salesforce Agentforce design, AI agent architecture, Data Cloud integration, governance and trust frameworks
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build apps on Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics)
* Assist Pre-Sales and Sales teams in solution design during license/project discussions
* Facilitate communication among team members to ensure project success
* Foster learning within the team
* Keep projects on track and senior leaders informed throughout project lifecycle
* Participate in interviews
Required Skills
* Strong understanding of SDLC (analysis, requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
* Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
* Experience in Chatbot deployments (Embedded Service), Omni-Channel setup, Live Agents configuration
* Experience in Web page design using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
* Extensive experience with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and complex Flows
* Integration experience with external systems
* Design of Reports, Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots
* Understanding of CI/CD processes and code scanning tools
* Knowledge of Einstein Analytics, Data Cloud concepts, Agentforce, Mulesoft Integrations, Salesforce DX
